Ila Sharma brings decades of experience in media, public relations,
development, policy advocacy, teaching law, and corporate consulting.
She also is well-versed in litigation in Nepal.
She has an LLM from Tribhuvan University on International law and
a second LLM from the University of Hull on International Business law.
She is also a Chevening and Erasmus Mundus alumna.
As a professor of law, she teaches Banking law, Cross-border
investment dispute arbitration, and Law and justice to LLM students at
a university in Gurugram, India.
She is a former Election Commissioner of Nepal.
Having worked as manager, Legal with ICICI Bank and Bank of
Baroda in Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi, Ms Poudyal is a lawyer with
over eight years of experience in corporate compliance.
Core areas of her consulting work being handling, supervising and
strategizing contracts, regulatory escalations, M&A, corporate
compliance, recovery matters & litigation management, she has also
practiced at Family and criminal law firms in Delhi.
She is a Malpi International School, Budhanilakanth School alumna
and law graduate from National Law School of India University,
Bangalore while her LLM is in Corporate law.
As an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India, Suyog brings over nine years of experience of corporate
and management consulting to business houses across South
Asia.
Having worked with Moore Global, he has extensive experience
in corporate and management consulting ranging from corporate
laws , taxation , mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance,
business process reengineering and audit.
Fellow of St. Stephen’s college in Delhi, Suyog has also trained
in public policy and leadership.
